How do I request my design?
At checkout, check the box next to where it says “Add a note to your order”. Then, describe your custom graphic needs and provide an email address where you can be reached. Run Capes will contact you shortly regarding your order and collect any necessary details or graphic files via email. We will have you approve the final mockup design before we print your custom cape(s).

How far in advance should I order my custom graphic run cape?
Custom graphic run capes take time to design, process, and print. It may take 3-4 weeks to process before the order ships. We recommend placing custom graphic run cape orders at least 45 days before your race or event to ensure they arrive on time.
